What to Expect When You Call
When you contact us, a real person answers the phone — not an automated menu. We’ll ask about the type of equipment, the brand and model if you know it, and a description of the issue. In many cases, we can provide an initial assessment and ballpark cost estimate right over the phone. From there, we’ll schedule an on-site visit at a time that works for your schedule.
Most appointments are available within the same week. Our service area covers Northampton County, Berks County and Lehigh County, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Reading, Emmaus, Nazareth, Whitehall, Kutztown, Wyomissing and dozens of surrounding communities.
